Scams are yet another reason why seniors shy away from tech. It's tough for anyone, not just seniors, to avoid falling prey to more and more sophisticated hacks. Since I, too, once worked at Apple, I hear from a lot of friends who reach out to me if they come across something they're not sure is legit.
