Lots of good advice. I mostly leaned on portion control so I will resume that.

The weight and BMI charts have always been troublesome, which is why losing the pounds slowly is a better option. I'm also aware the types of calories matter. Sugar is a big no-no.

I also struggle with the time preparing fresh foods can take. I'm too much of a convenience guy, so this doesn't help the transition.
