I also worked at an Apple Store for several years, and I would add these two things. On-point adds what you are wearing when you check in, so if you’re wearing a sweater but take it off in the store, or if you remove your hat, it gets much harder to find you. Also, I had a lady complain once about all the employees looking at their phones, which of course were the EasyPays (Apple is failing to get the employees to call it an Isaac).
