Good read. It reminds me of how I dealt with a unique condition called a CSF leak, which is essentially a hole in the casing of my spinal fluid.

It's an actual hole that can only be fixed by a procedure, which I had. Warriors coach Steve Kerr had the same issue, but he refused to get the fix, instead choosing special diets, massages, and other 'natural' therapies. It took him 2 years to realize the hole wouldn't close on its own. He had the procedure, and it was the end of the issue.
